Ready for a new dental experience? Request an appointment now!

To Our Patients, Friends, and Family:

We are pleased to announce we are reopening our office for routine dental care.  As you may have heard, the PA Department of Health has issued guidelines to allow dentists to return to routine dentistry including hygiene visits.  We have been diligently using the time away to prepare the office and staff for a safe reopening going above and beyond the guidelines of the CDC and OSHA.  When you return to our office you will see a number of changes.  The following is a list of COVID-19 precautions we are implementing:

PATIENT SAFETY

- Screening questions prior to and again at time of appointment for symptoms of or possible exposure to COVID-19

- Temperature checked with touchless forehead thermometer at check in

- New check in procedures to eliminate use of the waiting room in order to minimize contact with other patients

- Staggering appointment times and reducing the number of patients seen daily

- Allotting more time in between patients to exceed cleaning and disinfecting protocols

- Treatment rooms are now isolated from floor to ceiling with physical barriers to prevent the spread of aerosols

- Use of high powered extra oral suction units in each treatment room to capture aerosols during procedures.  Units are continuously     running to clean the air with 3 levels of hepa filtration.

- Air purifiers outside the treatment rooms with hepa filtration

- Consistently cleaning high touch surfaces with CDC approved disinfectants

TEAM MEMBER SAFETY

- Body temperature checked daily

- Staff supplied with all necessary PPE included OSHA and CDC recommended masks, gloves, face shields, hair coverings, and isolation     gowns

- Plexiglass barriers installed at front desk

The safety and health of our patients and team members is our top priority.  Dental health should be considered an essential part of your overall health which is why we want you to feel safe and comfortable seeking dental care in our office.  We have truly missed seeing our patients and look forward to your return.  Please call the office at 2158604141 for an appointment.

Warm regards,

Renee Feldsher, DMD and Newtown Dental Arts Team
